“Bonded out” means the person left pretrial jail custody under court obligations. It does not mean the charge was dismissed. “Time served” links the release to sentence credit or completion. A person still on a current-custody roster has not been shown as released by that system. A person who leaves the roster without a release event has an unknown outcome. A positive release entry, agency record, or court-supported event is needed before describing the person as released.
